Solution accelerator with 4:37 screencast
Laboratory Customer Portal
A white-label portal that gives your laboratory’s customers direct access to requests, status and results.
Demonstration application. Functional and built with AppMaker, but not a finished, validated or production-ready laboratory system. It is a starting point that we adapt for each laboratory.
Chapters
The screencast uses a fictional commercial testing laboratory, “Apex Analytical Laboratories”, and a fictional municipal water customer. All organizations, people and results are invented, and the LIMS connection is a demonstration integration with simulated laboratory data.

LIMS integration overview
Adapting it to your laboratory
An accelerator for testing and contract laboratories, designed to be customized and connected to the laboratory’s existing LIMS. Typical adaptations include:
- Your branding, test catalog, pricing display and request rules
- Integration with your existing LIMS for orders, status and released results
- Sign-in options suited to your customers
- Additional request types, such as sampling, chain of custody or recurring programs
- Customer-specific reports and notifications
Turning a demonstration into a system your laboratory relies on involves the same work as any laboratory software project: requirements, configuration around your data, integrations, testing, and validation where your quality system requires it. Starting from working software simply shortens the path.
